Where does the wine come from
  • The terroir is the result of all of the factors in the vineyard's ecosystem: the soil, the subsoil, the climate, the topography and the wine grower.The Loire vineyards have developed with the diversity that is specific to its varied mixture of soils and the relief and different aspects of the land. Differences in terroirs are expressed very clearly in the great variety of wines, even when they are produced from the same grape variety.The Anjou region benefits from a mild, damp climate with a maritime influence. 

    Clay silica and sandy loam soil.

    This demi-sec rosé is a blend between the Grolleau (80%) and Gamay(20%) grape varieties.

Tasting notes

  • Pale rose petal pink. 

    Intense notes of red fruits and peach. Balanced and sophisticated.

    A fresh finish with a lingering citrus impression.

Winemaking

  • We harvest the grapes early in the morning in order to preserve its freshness. Skin contact for several hours allows the extrcation of colour and flavours. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks (14°-16°C)

  • Aperitif, exotic dishes and BBQ
